Our Service allows you to order customized metal and neon signs. By submitting custom text, logos, or designs, you grant Artofmetalsigns a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify the content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

User Warranty: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses and permissions for any content you submit. You agree not to submit any content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates the intellectual property rights of any third party. Artofmetalsigns reserves the right to cancel any order containing content that we deem inappropriate or infringing.

04. Pricing & Modifications

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
