01. Digital Millennium Copyright Act Compliance

Artofmetalsigns, a brand operated by Jeff Mullis Clothing, respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our website or services.

Our administrative hub, located at 1012 Marquez Place, Suite 106-B, Santa, NM 87503, houses our dedicated compliance team that monitors and manages all reports of unauthorized content usage. As a custom Print-on-Demand (POD) platform, we take proactive steps to ensure our designs and user-submitted content remain within legal boundaries.

02. Notice of Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.

Your notice must include the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., a link to your original work or a clear description).
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled.
• Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and an email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

03. Print-on-Demand Content Disclaimer

Because Artofmetalsigns offers custom-made metal art and neon signs, users may upload or submit their own designs for production. While we conduct internal reviews, Jeff Mullis Clothing does not claim ownership of user-submitted content. However, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears to violate third-party trademarks or copyrights.

If you believe a user has utilized your trademarked logo or copyrighted design for a custom sign without permission, please follow the reporting procedure outlined in Section 02. We will immediately disable the production of said item and investigate the claim within 3-5 business days.

04. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you receive a notification that your content has been removed due to a copyright complaint, and you believe the removal was a mistake or that you have the right to use the content, you may send us a counter-notice. This notice must include your signature, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake.

05. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Artofmetalsigns has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
