Because many of our metal signs are produced or finished following the time an order is submitted, shipping includes both handling (production preparation) and carrier transit.

While we work hard to coordinate efficiently with our production and logistics partners, circumstances such as seasonal volume, weather, carrier constraints, or material availability may influence the actual schedule.

After checkout is completed and payment authorization is confirmed, your order typically enters our preparation queue. For metal products, preparation may include design alignment, material cutting, coating, curing, quality review, and packaging.
Handling time represents the period required to complete these steps before a shipment is transferred to the carrier. Transit time begins once the carrier scans the parcel into its transportation network.
These two phases together form the estimated delivery window.
Orders placed before our daily cutoff may begin processing the same business day. Purchases submitted after the cutoff, on weekends, or on recognized holidays are usually reviewed on the next business day.
