Cancel or Change Order Policy
At Artofmetalsigns, many products begin preparation shortly after an order is
placed. Because items may move into production quickly, cancellation or
modification requests are time-sensitive.
We will always try to review requests as quickly as possible and work toward a
reasonable solution whenever circumstances allow.

Requesting a Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible and include
your order number and the reason for the request.
Orders that have not yet entered manufacturing or processing are typically
easier to adjust. Once work has started, cancellation may become limited or
unavailable.
Submission of a request does not automatically confirm approval. Our team will
check the production status and respond with available options.
Changing an Order
We understand that customers sometimes need to update details such as size,
finish, design information, or shipping address.
Modifications may be possible if the request is received before the order
progresses too far in preparation. After certain stages, changes may not be
feasible.
We encourage you to double-check all information carefully before completing
checkout to reduce the likelihood of issues.
Address Corrections
If you notice an error in the delivery address, contact us immediately.
While we will attempt to update the information when possible, we may be unable
to make corrections once the shipment has been released to the carrier.
Artofmetalsigns cannot be responsible for delivery complications resulting from
inaccurate or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Orders Already in Production
Many of our metal signs are prepared individually. When production has begun,
materials and labor may already be committed.
In these situations, cancellation or modification options can be restricted.
If any flexibility remains, we will explain what may still be achievable.
Each situation is reviewed individually based on timing and progress.
After Shipment
Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, it generally cannot
be canceled.
