01. The 12-Hour Grace Period
At Artofmetalsigns (a Jeff Mullis Clothing brand), we pride ourselves on our rapid fulfillment cycle. Once an order is placed, our design team at 1012 Marquez Place, Suite 106-B, Santa, NM 87503 immediately begins prepping your digital proof for production. To maintain our 10–15 business day delivery promise, we move quickly into the physical fabrication phase.
CANCELLATION & CHANGE DEADLINE: WITHIN 12 HOURS OF PURCHASE
Requests for cancellations or changes (such as text spelling, color choice, or shipping address) must be submitted to our support team within this 12-hour window. After this period, your order is officially “Locked for Production.”
02. Modifying Your Order
We understand that typos happen. If you need to change the customization details of your metal sign or neon art, please email support@artofmetalsigns.com immediately.
- Design Changes: Permitted within the first 12 hours.
- Address Changes: Permitted within the first 12 hours. We are not responsible for shipments delivered to an incorrect address if the change was requested after the cut-off time.
- Size Upgrades: Possible if requested before the laser cutting begins (additional costs will apply).
03. Cancellation & Refunds
If you choose to cancel your order within the 12-hour window, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Processing Time: Once we initiate the refund, it typically takes 5–10 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your financial institution’s policies. Please note that bank processing times are outside of our control.
04. Why We Cannot Cancel After 12 Hours
Because we operate on a Print-on-Demand (POD) model, our production is non-reversible. After the 12-hour grace period:
1. Material Consumption: The raw steel sheets have been laser-cut to your specific dimensions. These cuts are permanent and the material cannot be restored to its original state.
2. Labor Investment: Our craftsmen in the Santa hub and partner facilities have already dedicated time to hand-sand, powder-coat, or assemble the electrical components of your unique sign.
Therefore, any cancellation requests received after 12 hours will be denied, and the order will be shipped as originally placed.
05. How to Submit a Request
To ensure your request is timestamped correctly, please follow these instructions:

Subject Line: URGENT: Cancel Order [Your Order Number] OR URGENT: Change Order [Your Order Number]
Body: Clearly state the exact change required or the reason for cancellation. Our support team operates Monday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (EST). Even if you email us outside of business hours, your timestamp will be honored if it falls within the 12-hour window.
