01. Ownership of Content

All content included on Artofmetalsigns.com, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, digital steel templates, neon configurations, and software, is the property of Jeff Mullis Clothing or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The unique artistic styles and laser-cutting blueprints developed at our Santa, NM headquarters are proprietary. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or republication of the materials on this site is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from our legal department at 1012 Marquez Place, Suite 106-B, Santa, NM 87503.

02. User-Submitted Designs (POD)

As a custom Print-on-Demand (POD) platform, Artofmetalsigns allows customers to submit text, names, and logos for fabrication. By submitting such content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the intellectual property rights to the content or have received written permission from the owner to use it.
• The content does not infringe upon the trademarks, copyrights, or privacy rights of any third party.
• The content is not defamatory, obscene, or illegal under United States law.

We reserve the right to cancel any order and refund the purchase price (less processing fees) if we believe a submitted design violates intellectual property laws. Please note that our $6.99 shipping fee will not be charged for cancelled infringing orders.

03. Notice of Infringement Claim

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright or trademark infringement, please provide our Intellectual Property Agent with the following information in writing:

1. A description of the copyrighted work or trademark that you claim has been infringed.
2. A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Site (including the specific URL).
3. Your address, telephone number, and email address.
4. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright/trademark owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

04. Trademark Policy

Artofmetalsigns™ and the Artofmetalsigns logo are trademarks or registered trademarks of Jeff Mullis Clothing. These trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ours, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Artofmetalsigns.

05. Termination of Service

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to limit access to the Site for any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
